Search Namaste Health in the App Store / Play Store
Once it is installed , Open the App
App Loading Screen
Select your preferred language
Select the type of User i.e Patient
Select new user
Enter your number and select Gender , Click Create an Account
Enter the OTP And Submit
Press and hold Namaste health icon in mobile select app info go to permission and allow all permission
Allow All Permissions
Ensure All permission is granted
Accept the terms and conditions in app after granting permission
HOW TO UPDATE PROFILE
Click on the menu to update your profile
Select Edit
Update your relevant details
How to add family members
Click add family members icon
Update Your Family Member’s details and select Submit
There are two modes to connect in Emergency, Accident & Injury And Non-Trauma Emergency. During Critical Emergency, Click on Accident & Injury
Select the type of emergency you need assistance for and connect directly to the doctor in a single click.
During Other Emergency Choose either from Body parts or a Specialist and connect to a Doctor.
NON TRAUMA - EMERGENCY
During Non-Trauma Emergency, Select Non-Trauma Emergency, from the home page.
Choose the type of emergency from Life Saving Emergency in Non-Trauma & instantly connect to a doctor.
You can also choose from Body parts and Specialist.
Namaste Health is Equipped with Unique SOS feature which inform your loved one when in need of emergency, with a single click you can notify your family, Friends and Associates along with your live location for quick Assistance/Help
Select SOS Feature from home page in Emergency
You can add up to two Family Members/Closed to send a text and live location during an emergency.
Namaste Health is Equipped with quick keys in Menu.
